Pricing and Cancellation Policy
Please check the pricing chart sent to you for more details Price*= Cost of technician + service fee (15 %); *excluding spare part cost Technician Costs 1. Diagnosis and cost estimation only Remote: 8.99€ per 30 mins session* In-person: 25€ *only possible for selected devices. 2. Successful Repair: Diagnosis+ Issue identification+ Repair 1st hour: 25€ and 2.5€ for every additional 10 mins. e.g. 2 hours work, the technician fee would be 40€ 3. Unsuccessful Repair: Diagnosis+ Issue identified+ Repair failed 1st hour: 25€ More than an hour = additional 10€ e.g. 2 hours spent, total fee would be 35€ Service fee = 15 % of overall cost of technician e.g. If technician cost = 25€, the overall price = 29€ please note, if the technician needs to buy any spares, additional 5€ will be added the technician cost in the first hour. Pricing will be customised for business customers.
