What happens to our old company laptops?
We route each device to its next best step under the waste hierarchy: repair first, then reuse, resale, parts harvesting, and responsible recycling only as a last resort. Every device is tracked and documented.
How is the data securely erased?
Every data-bearing device is wiped to a recognised standard and you receive a documented data-erasure certificate per device. This is the documentation your auditors and data-protection officer expect. Disposing of devices without verified erasure is a genuine compliance risk.
Where can we sell used company laptops?
Through us. We assess what you have, check our resale network for the best available offer, and bring it to you. The value comes back to your company, minus our handling fee.
Is there a minimum volume?
No. Many large ITAD vendors require minimum lots of 10 or more devices, or won't deal with smaller organisations at all. We work with everyone — from a single co-working tenant to a full corporate fleet.
Can you run an office collection drive?
Yes — this is one of our most popular services. We set up on-site, collect both company IT and employees' personal devices, and provide a full impact report afterwards. Contact us and we'll plan it together.
Do we get charged or paid?
Repairs and collection drives are paid services. Resale returns value to you — you receive a percentage of the agreed offer. We always tell you upfront which way a given batch will go.
Will we get documentation for ESG/CSRD reporting?
Yes. You receive an impact report and a data-erasure certificate per device — both ready to use in ESG and CSRD reports.
Do you only cover Berlin?
Currently yes. We focus on Berlin to keep the chain of custody short and the recirculation local. If you're outside Berlin, reach out — we're happy to explore what's possible.
